Proteins-Amino acids: amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. These are 20 in total, but the 9 are essential. These are obtained from meat, eggs, dairy nuts, and beans. It ultimately helps in the growth of hairs, forming muscles, and creating new enzymes and hormones.

Fats: The other targeted compound for the body to protect body organs. Some saturated fats like cakes, biscuits, sausages, etc. Increase the level of cholesterol and heart diseases but the good fats like nuts, avocados, and salmon actually protect the heart.

Vitamins: It is actually a micro-nutrient these are vitamins, A, C, D, E, B. Taking a proper diet gives you all vitamins, try to avoid taking supplements.

Minerals: These are also micro-nutrients are Sodium, Iron, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Phosphorus.

Omega3-fatty acids: It optimizes brain health & heart functioning. Fish oil is a big source of omega3- fatty acids may also be taken from walnuts, chia seeds, or algal oil.

Legumes: are the best healthy snacks that provide you amazing taste depending on how you prepare them. Eating legumes as a part of diet helps in lower blood sugar, BP control, heart rate, and heart attack.
